Richard T Cooke for the past 29 years has been the Chairman and CEO of Avanti Advisors LLC, a Management Consulting Firm specializing in Product Development and Marketing. Up until June of 2013, Dick was the Senior Managing Director for the Americas, Europe and Africa for Oppenheimer-Investments Group of London, England. He spent 25 years on Wall Street as an Institutional Fixed Income Salesman with Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Paine Webber. He was an Executive Vice President and Head of Taxable Fixed Income at Dean Witter and a Senior Vice President and Global Sales Manager for UBS Securities. 

For the 5 years prior to creating Avanti Advisors, Dick worked as an independent consultant representing diverse Emerging Market Clients including the Government of Mexico. Presently, Dick works to facilitate a wide range of finance solutions to enable capital projects of any type, in any location, Worldwide. Dick is presently involved with Projects which involve Trade Programs, a part ownership in Zeros Inc., a technology that was the first company to offer a system that disposes of all classifications of Waste without any emissions with a carbon free footprint. This process allows each plant to produce 120 Megawatts of electricity, which can service up to 70,000 homes, 20 million gallons of distilled water a day, and other valuable products in a completely carbon free process with zero residue. He also works with Crude Oil Sellers, the environmental control of methane gases, distressed Resort Properties, Offshore and Onshore Oil Exploration, Coal exploration and development in the US, Ports in Italy and the US, Environmental Projects, life changing technology, and numerous Chinese and African projects. 

Dick in the past has represented many different areas of International Business:

1. He oversaw the purchase and was the Chairman of ESP International Srl of Italy, a Green Technologies product that literally replaces the need for fire extinguishers.  http://www.fss-esp.com      

2. He is the primary agent for development of the Zeros Inc. Technology.   

3. He was the U.S. agent for MEIC (Middle East International Corporation, www.MEIC-pic.com), involved in the development of Al-Abed City in Samarra, Iraq with Phase I which includes a water bottling plant, a cold storage facility and a large real estate project including an airport. Future Phases will include apartments, hotels, office buildings and marinas.  

4. He has worked on Avoided Deforestation Projects with a focus on carbon credits in Brazil, and marketing a Forest Preservation Development, which contains more than 118 million Carbon Credits.   

Dick was the Chairman of the Board of ESP International Srl, of Villanova d’Asti, Italy. He was also a Director of the Transformation Group of Houston, Texas and was also a Board Member of Smart Card, USA. He is a member of the New York Yacht Club, the National Arts Club, Doubles Club, the U.S. Polo Association, the U.S. Sailing Association, Le Club International of Palm Beach, the Society of the Red Canoe and the Quest 400, a group of the 400 most influential Americans. Dick is married, has 4 children ranging in ages from 47-27 years old, and winters in Palm Beach, FL and summers in Newport, RI.
